Security Grc Engineering Ltd publishes "The GRC Engineer" newsletter and podcast, covering governance, risk, and compliance topics. We offer sponsorship placements within our newsletter and associated social media channels to businesses seeking to reach our audience.

Sponsorship services include, but are not limited to:

• Newsletter sponsorship placements (primary and secondary positions)
• LinkedIn post mentions and logo features
• Podcast sponsorship opportunities

All sponsorship engagements are governed by individual Sponsorship Agreements executed between the Publisher and the Sponsor.

2. Sponsorship enquiries

Sponsorship services are available on a custom basis. To enquire about sponsorship opportunities, availability, and terms, contact us at [email protected].

3. Newsletter subscription

Subscription to "The GRC Engineer" newsletter is currently free. By subscribing, you agree to receive our newsletter communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

4. Payment terms

• Payment is due within thirty (30) days of invoice
• Payment methods are specified on each invoice
• All fees are stated in the currency specified in the relevant Sponsorship Agreement

5. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancellations with at least 14 days' notice before the scheduled publication date: Sponsor receives a 50% refund
• Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice: no refund
• Publisher cancellations with at least 14 days' notice: full refund to Sponsor

6. Intellectual property

All content published in "The GRC Engineer" newsletter, podcast, and website remains the intellectual property of Security Grc Engineering Ltd. Sponsors acquire no rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated in their Sponsorship Agreement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid under the relevant Sponsorship Agreement
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including lost profits

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: February 2026. This policy applies to all sponsorship services provided by Security Grc Engineering Ltd through "The GRC Engineer" newsletter and associated channels.

Cancellation by sponsor

• 14 or more days before the scheduled publication date: the Sponsor receives a 50% refund of fees paid
• Less than 14 days before the scheduled publication date: no refund will be issued

All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation by publisher

The Publisher may cancel a sponsorship with written notice at least fourteen (14) days before the scheduled publication date. In this case, the Publisher shall issue a full refund of any fees paid by the Sponsor.

Refund processing

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the cancellation being confirmed
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible
• If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be agreed with the Sponsor

Termination for cause

Either party may terminate a Sponsorship Agreement if the other party materially breaches any provision and fails to remedy the breach within 14 days of receiving written notice.

• If terminated by the Publisher without cause: pro-rata refund of prepaid fees
• If terminated by the Sponsor without cause: full Sponsorship Fee remains payable

Non-refundable situations

No refund will be issued where the sponsorship content has already been published, the Sponsor cancels with less than 14 days' notice, or the Sponsor terminates without cause after the campaign has commenced.
